Complete Re-Wire Quote

I have a 94 12V Reg Cab that needs a complete re-wire. The wires are melted, they change colors and are hard to follow, there are multiple shorts, and its just a complete nightmare. I really don't want to take it to a dealership because they are way overpriced. The big problem I want fixed is that it takes days to charge the batteries(tested good and alternator tested good by O' Reilly's) and when you finally start it and turn off the truck they are instantly dead. The truck runs strong and I need it to run again because I'm trying to get a job in Fayetteville and it gets great mileage. I can email pics of the big problem areas if needed.
